Hi, my name is Pat Hickman and I have been a "Multi-Million Dollar Producer" since 1984.
Lake City has been my home for the past three years after re-locating from Indiana and a five year stop in Bonita Springs, Fl.
My career in Real Estate has been a fun, rewarding and sometimes frustrating adventure, but finding the perfect (or close to it) property for my customers is always the big pay-off.
Since my beginning I have specialized in commercial, residential and residential investment properties. Maybe one of my favorites is lake side properties or commercial; maybe because of the hunt or maybe I just love what I do and the people I work for and with.
Golf and gardening are my fun things to do, but golf seems to be taking a back seat lately. Animals are my passion and I will do most anything to see they are safe with full tummies and clean coats.
